The Christ-Centered Youth Leadership Programme at FCC is underway this term. The leadership programme is based on Gospel values and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
For this year we have a group of fourteen candidates registered. The programme is run by a group of co-ordinators from the parish; among these we have five youngsters who have previously attended this course.
The aim of this course is two-fold. Firstly, to get youngsters to begin to realise how the Holy Spirit can guide them to be confident leaders & decision makers who spread the goodness of God. Secondly, to offer youngsters a space to reflect and share their faith and love for God among others within their age-group – given that in their schools they may not have the opportunity.
Our course guides young parishioners to see themselves and their world through the love and mercy of Christ.
